Oumar Kane is giving it his all in training camp as he prepares to challenge three-division king Anatoly Malykhin for the ONE heavyweight MMA world championship at ONE 169: Atlanta on November 8 inside the State Farm Arena.

In a video shared by ONE on Instagram, 'Reug Reug' fired a monstrous kick that sent his training partner, who was holding a thick kicking pad, flying.

Kane has racked up three TKO finishes in five victories under MMA rules thanks to his wrestling-heavy style, which he will likely lean on to produce the upset against 'Sladkiy'.

However, the Senegalese star must finish the fight quickly because Malykhin's excellent boxing skills and elite footwork could cause him trouble in the later rounds.

Anatoly Malykhin opens up on his areas for improvement ahead of Oumar Kane clash

Reigning ONE heavyweight, light heavyweight, and middleweight MMA world champion Anatoly Malykhin is never one to be complacent in his abilities.

During an interview with Red Corner MMA, the Golden Team fighter openly shared his biggest weakness ahead of his ONE heavyweight MMA world title defense against Oumar Kane at ONE 169 on November 8 inside the State Farm Arena.

Malykhin said:

"I want to learn to kick better. High kicks are hard for me because my joints hurt, but low kicks add to my variety. I've been conditioning my legs because I have soft wrestling ones. They bruise easily because I'm not used to kicks. When I get to Thailand, I'll start working on my low kicks. I like them. I see how [Justin] Gaethje as a wrestler learned to strike and incorporate low kicks, and Dan Henderson, he'd hook you and then, BAM, puts you to sleep."
