WATCH: Superlek crashes Rodtang's fan meet at Lumpinee Stadium before taking the ring at ONE Friday Fights 68
Outside of competition, there is no denying that ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 and ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon are fans of each other.
ONE Championship recently posted solid evidence of this when Superlek dropped by Rodtang's fan meet inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, before the ONE Friday Fights 68 card commenced on June 29.
The world's largest martial arts organization captioned the Instagram video with:
"Brotherhood 🤝 Superlek is gearing up to challenge Jonathan Haggerty for the ONE Bantamweight Muay Thai World Title at ONE 168: Denver 🔥 Will "The Kicking Machine" leave with the gold? @superlek789"
As seen in the video, 'The Kicking Machine' was excited to get an autograph from 'The Iron Man' on one of the posters that he brought during the fan meet. Rodtang even joked that must wait and fall in line to get the autograph.
It was a great sight to see, even after they battled for three classic rounds of catchweight Muay Thai action during their match at ONE Friday Fights 34 in September 2023, where Superlek got the unanimous decision nod from the judges.
Superlek showed his dominance against Kongthoranee after his wholesome interaction with Rodtang
Hours after his wholesome interaction with Rodtang, Superlek once again proved that he was on a different level right now, when he defeated fellow Thai athlete Kongthoranee Sor Sommai in the co-headliner of the exciting card.
Superlek has produced another masterful performance and recorded his 10th straight victory under the ONE banner. This latest triumph has added more momentum and confidence to the 28-year-old Thai superstar as he braces for another mega showdown on Sept. 6 at ONE 168: Denver, where he will face the reigning two-sport bantamweight world champion Jonathan Haggerty.
