WATCH: Tawanchai shows 6-foot-4 Nabil Anane to the levels of his Muay Thai game in laidback exchange

6-foot-4 Muay Thai contender Nabil Anane quickly learned that messing around inside the gym with reigning undisputed ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai could be costly and painful.

ONE Championship recently posted a short clip of Nabil and Tawanchai exchanging knee strikes in the clinch, and the promotion wrote the video's caption with:

"It's all fun and games until... 😮‍💨😂 @nabil_anane @tawanchay_pk"

As seen in the video, Tawanchai's strikes were more powerful and painful than Nabil's landed knees. The damage was visibly visible on the Team Mehdi Zatout representative through the redness on his core, and after receiving those vicious knees from the featherweight Muay Thai king, he jokingly told him that he would head home.

This cracked a smile from Tawanchai, and he responded to take it easy. These powerful knee strikes are only one facet of the 25-year-old phenom's striking arsenal that propelled him to become one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world today.

He is coming off a successful world title defense of his 26-pound golden belt against Jo Nattawut in the main event of ONE 167 on June 7, which went down inside the sold-out Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, where he eked out a majority decision victory.

Tawanchai to settle rivalry with Jo Nattawut with trilogy bout at ONE 169: Atlanta

With yet another close fight, Tawanchai and Jo Nattawut are booked to face each other for the third time on November 8 in one of the featured fights of ONE 169: Atlanta card, which emanates inside the State Farm Arena.

The PK Saenchai Muay Thai Gym representative looks to finally close this chapter with Nattawut with a more convincing win that would not require the judges' scorecards.

ONE 169: Atlanta is available on Prime Video in the United States and Canada.
