WATCH: Teenage phenom Johan Ghazali's impeccable string of highlight-reel wins in ONE Championship

There is no denying that ONE Championship has a future star in Muay Thai wunderkind Johan Ghazali.

Gifted with one-shot knockout power and a seemingly unending gas tank, 'Jojo' made waves in the world's largest martial arts promotion in 2023 by winning four of his first five bouts via knockout.

Check out all five of Ghazali's victories in ONE, as shared by the promotion on YouTube:

Following an insane 36-second knockout of Mexican star Edgar Tabares in December 2023, the Rentap Muay Thai Gym product faced his toughest challenge yet in Vietnamese star and five-time Muay Thai world champion Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat this past June at ONE 167.

Instead of getting into a firefight with the 17-year-old Malaysian-American, 'No. 1' frustrated Ghazali into making mistakes by controlling the pace of the fight. This approach led to the wily veteran handing Ghazali his first loss in ONE.

Ghazali is gunning for an explosive return to the win column by defeating Josue Cruz at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 inside the Ball Arena.

Johan Ghazali plans to mix up his offense in ONE 168 barnburner with Josue Cruz

Johan Ghazali's boxing skills are already elite for his age, but he is approaching his ONE 168: Denver encounter with Josue Cruz with the goal of dazzling fans with his all-around striking mastery.

Speaking with the South China Morning Post, Ghazali said the following about his upcoming flyweight Muay Thai bout against 'Tuzo':

"I want to showcase my skills. I'm known for my punches, but in this fight [against Josue Cruz], I'm planning to do other stuff. Use more of my legs, elbows, mix it up a bit."
