In the video, the former undisputed featherweight kickboxing king demonstrated an effective way to counter a pull-back leg sweep against an opponent.

First, he showed the typical way that fighters react to the technique, where their leg was fully extended, leading to a more vulnerable position to be attacked.

Then, he revealed his trick to counter it by folding his leg and using it to push his opponent back, leading to a solid fend-off of the sweep.

Superbon says that fighters should be more cautious of fighting in small gloves

Before Superbon takes on fellow Thai superstar Jo Nattawut in the main event of ONE Fight Night 81 on Sept. 27, which goes down at the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, he had an interview with the South China Morning Post.

In one of the talk's junctures, the 34-year-old striking maestro discussed how fighters should be more careful when competing with smaller gloves since the margin of error is very slim, and one clean shot can send them to the shadow realm.

The Superbon Training Camp representative explained:

"With the small gloves, you need to protect yourself better because if you open your guard, you can get knocked out. Sometimes with the big gloves, you can still get the block. So you need to be careful.
