WATCH: Wrestling machine ‘Reug Reug’ looking powerful in strength workout ahead of world title challenge against Anatoly Malykhin
Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane is pushing his strength levels to the absolute limit. The Senegalese wrestling machine wants to leave no stone unturned when he challenges triple-champ Anatoly Malykhin for the ONE heavyweight MMA world title at ONE 169: Atlanta.
The biggest match of Kane's career goes down at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on November 8. In an Instagram post during his training camp, the 32-year-old big man was working on his upper body strength, specifically his shoulders.
Though the weights on his dumbbells aren't clearly seen in the video, it's safe to assume that both would be arranged at the far end of the rack...

Kane is already one of the most powerful fighters in MMA, and his intense strength training would only serve to aid his explosive power even more.
Despite weighing upwards of 250 pounds, the 6-foot big man has an uncanny agility that would be normally seen in welterweight fighters.
While his gas tank would naturally wither in the final minutes of the fight, Kane is a walking typhoon in the early stages of his matches.
He brought his trademark explosiveness when he outclassed BJJ legend Marcus 'Buchecha' Almeida in his last MMA win at ONE Fight Night 13 in Bangkok.
Kane, though, could be facing the biggest challenge of his career.
Malykhin is an absolute beast of a fighter and holds the ONE middleweight, light heavyweight, and heavyweight MMA world titles.
The Russian monster is also a perfect 14-0 in his entire career, 6-0 in ONE Championship, with a preposterous 100 percent finish rate.

'Reug Reug' sends ominous warning to Anatoly Malykhin ahead of ONE 169
Oumar 'Reug Reug' Kane and Anatoly Malykhin have taken shots at each other at every opportunity they get, and that obviously includes media appearances.
In a recent interview with the South China Morning Post, Kane said he can beat Malykhin in any aspect of MMA.
He said:
"Anywhere, you know, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, knockout. You know, I have big hands, you know. I touch you one time and it's finished. You see Malykhin's previous fights, everybody did not touch Malykhin, he runs away. But me, I'm coming for it."
