“We need to give him a pillow” - Johan Estupinan reacts to his mind-shattering knockout of Zakaria El Jamari in Bangkok

Johan Estupinan's star continues to rise with every highlight reel he produces in ONE Championship.

The undefeated phenom improved to 4-0 in the promotion when he starched Zakaria El Jamari in their flyweight Muay Thai meeting at ONE Fight Night 25 this past weekend at Lumpinee Stadium.

Estupinan was a showcase of showmanship and power during the match and he blasted through El Jamari's guard with a clinical uppercut that sent the Bangkok crowd into an uproar.

In an interview with ONE Championship inside the arena's back tunnels, Johan Estupinan left one sneaky diss to his Moroccan foe.

Estupinan said:

"We need to give him a pillow for him to relax."

Estupinan's fourth straight win in ONE Championship, 26th in his overall career, was a fitting bang-out affair synonymous with the promotion's shows at the hallowed Thai stadium.

Both fighters had their moments in the first round as they exchanged skull-crushing haymakers that would've knocked anyone out senseless.

El Jamari was the first to land such a big shot when he staggered Estupinan with a looping overhand right in the first minute of the match.

Seemingly angered by such a connection, Estupinan went into overdrive and attacked El Jamari with reckless abandon through the first three minutes.

Estupinan's aggression, however, nearly cost him the match when El Jamari tagged him with another overhand right while getting pinned near the corner at the end of the first round.

The Colombian star would then decide that the second round would be his and he clocked El Jamari with a cracker of an uppercut that effectively sealed his win.

Johan Estupinan reveals he got angry after Zakaria El Jamari tagged him in the first

Getting hit in the fight is guaranteed, and while some fighters can just brush it off, Johan Estupinan takes it personally.

In his in-ring interview with ONE Championship color commentator Mitch Chilson, Estupinan admitted that he was pissed when El Jamari connected against him in the opening round of their matchup.

"No, no, no, he woke me up. Actually, I got angry when he hit me. I was like 'No, no one can touch you, wake up! Hit him!'”
