Joe Rogan explains his strong stance against processed foods

Joe Rogan recently shared his views on processed food on his podcast.

In an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, host Joe Rogan, along with popular television personality Steve-O, discussed a range of topics varying from veganism to the side effects of processed foods. At one point in the video, Rogan expressed his staunch opposition to processed food.

According to the UFC color commentator, people should consume healthy fruits and vegetables in their natural state. The JRE host also believes that humans go against nature by consuming packaged foods rather than eating food as it is found in nature.

Expressing his opinion on processed food and its effects, the UFC color commentator had this to say:

"We are supposed to be eating organisms in the way that they form in nature. You know the healthy things in nature. Healthy fruits, healthy vegetables, healthy animals and eggs. That's how you are supposed to eat it. You know in fact when you are farming, whether it's both monocrop agriculture in terms of growing food and even growing animals like we are fu*king with things. We're fu*king with nature. And there's trade-offs and consequences when you do that."

Joe Rogan addresses the ongoing civil protests in Iran

According to Joe Rogan, people sometimes fail to recognize laws that protect and safeguard their rights. The popular podcaster seemed quite taken aback by the issues that Iranians are facing in the internet age.

On another episode of his popular podcast show, host Rogan and American comedian Yannis Pappas discussed the ongoing situation in Iran. Specifically pertaining to the protests after a 22-year-old woman was arrested on 13 September by Tehran's 'morality police' for alleged violations of Iran's strict rules requiring women to wear hijabs or headscarves.

Addressing the situation, the UFC color Commentator said:

"That is real oppression, folks. This is scary s**t. It's hard for people to believe that it could happen here. But you have to realize that's happening somewhere in the world in 2022 while we are enjoying lattes from Starbucks and f**king [enjoying] Netflix. In other parts of the world, you have to dress a specific way or you will be killed. That is happening in a modern country with the internet."
