"We're not scrolling too much" - Kade Ruotolo says he limits time on social media as much as possible
Given their dedication to their two biggest passions in life, it's not surprising that Tye and Kade Ruotolo don't waste time on things that they don't believe are important. The twin brothers are always going to be found either training or competing in martial arts or surfing and both pastimes aren't exactly quick pursuits.
Combining that with living out in Costa Rica in their own form of paradise, there really isn't a lot to distract either of them.
Kade spoke about this during a recent appearance on The MMA Hour where he revealed that neither he nor his brother spend much time on their phones.
He said that aside from using social media to engage with fans and utilize the platform that they have, they have no other need for it:
"If we didn't have social media, we definitely would have our heads chopped off by our manager. But he has it, but he's kind of the same way where he's not on it all day. He uses it for its purpose, we try to get back to as many messages and comments, and all the different opportunities, things like that, but for the most part, we're not really scrolling too much on there."

Kade Ruotolo is living his best life
A mobile phone and the constant cycle of social media aren't going to stop Kade Ruotolo from living in the moment during his ideal life.
He even stated that he's got a bad habit of leaving his phone behind and likely wouldn't have one if it wasn't for necessary communication with his family and manager.
The Ruotolo brothers live carefree in Costa Rica with their only priorities being their biggest passions in life.
They've made this a reality for themselves by working hard from a young age and now, they're getting the rewards for it.
Kade will be leaving his paradise behind in the near future in order to make the trip over to Denver for a grappling super fight with Mikey Musumeci.
Tickets for ONE 168: Denver are available via Ticketmaster.
