With three finishes in as many fights to start his run in ONE, 'The King of the North' faced another Muay Thai superstar in Saemapetch Fairtex at ONE Fight Night 23 this past July.

Like the Nong-O fight, Carrillo carefully picked his shots and worked his way to a second-round TKO of the dynamic striker.

His spectacular showings inside the circle have netted him an opportunity to challenge Superlek Kiatmoo9 for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship at ONE 170 on Jan. 24, 2025, inside the Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand.
