Jade Masson-Wong has been affiliated with Tristar Quebec, Nova Gym, and other training facilities over the years. In a recent interview with Bare Knuckle Nation, she touched upon her training at the Ramsay Boxing Academy in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
The 31-year-old opined that she has the best team, particularly lauding her coach Samuel Decarie-Drolet aka Sam, who's a boxing trainer and cutman.
Keeping in line with her fearless and tenacious image, Jade Masson-Wong asserted that she's willing to die to secure victory in a fight. In regard to the fearsome reigning BKFC women's flyweight champion Christine Ferea, Masson-Wong expressed her confidence in having crafted a good game plan to dethrone her.
Furthermore, touching upon how she got into professional combat sports competition, Masson-Wong stated:
"I just wanted to try to train. But after some time, I had to have the challenge because just training is like that. So, I just tried one fight. My first fight was in kickboxing. And I just loved it. And I knew after the first fight that I will be professional ... Yeah. Because I do fighting. Yes. I love fighting. But I do it too because I love the adrenaline and the high emotion that the fight brings me. That's what I love more."
