“Whoever makes a mistake will go down” - Stephen Loman shares early prediction for Jonathan Haggerty vs. Superlek
Filipino star Stephen Loman is extremely excited to see what will happen when Jonathan Haggerty defends his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title against Thai superstar Superlek Kiatmoo9 at ONE 168: Denver.
Both ONE world champions in Haggerty and Superlek are renowned for their striking prowess, and this time, the latter is stepping up to the Englishman's division to take over his reign.
Given that fact, Stephen Loman understands that neither one of them wants to ease up in this upcoming world title clash, and he said that an opportunity for victory will arise when someone makes a mistake.
The No.2-ranked bantamweight MMA athlete told Sportskeeda MMA in an exclusive interview:
“Whoever makes a mistake will go down or will be in deep trouble. Whoever gets clocked with a critical strike first will surely lose in this one.”
He added:
“Haggerty’s quick but Superlek can absorb strikes. Superlek’s leg kicks are also dangerous, so dangerous that they can cripple anyone. Let’s see, because I know someone will be knocked out in this fight.”
