Jake Paul mocks KSI for fighting Dillon Danis

Jake Paul has taken a jibe at longtime rival KSI (real name: Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji) after the recent announcement that the latter will fight Dillon Danis next. Akin to Paul, fellow YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI has competed in a few high-profile boxing matches in recent years.

The UK YouTube megastar last fought at MF & DAZN: X Series 001 in August. He competed twice in the event and secured knockout victories over Swarmz aka Brandon Scott and Luis Alcaraz Pineda on the same night.

Earlier this month, KSI got into an altercation with Bellator MMA fighter Dillon Danis (2-0 MMA) at the Misfits Boxing event in Texas. Moreover, KSI confirmed that his next boxing bout will witness him face Danis at the Wembley Arena in London, England, on January 14, 2023.

KSI has taken several jibes at 'El Jefe' in the past. However, he acknowledged that the American BJJ veteran is "dangerous" and has beaten many fighters.

Speaking of which, Jake Paul strongly disagreed with KSI's assessment of Dillon Danis. As reported by Marca, Paul took to Twitter and criticized KSI for choosing to box Danis. Alluding to the fact that Danis hasn't competed in a professional combat sport contest since June of 2019, 'The Problem Child' noted:

"You are 'boxing' a guy who has two MMA fights in his entire career, and the last one of those was 3.5 years ago."

Furthermore, Jake Paul harked back to KSI's recent confrontation with former UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley. 'The Problem Child', who's beaten Woodley twice in the boxing ring, suggested that KSI is afraid of facing a real challenge like 'T-Wood.' Paul stated:

"Should have fought Woodley but you ain't got the ba**s."

As for Paul himself, he's been linked to potential boxing matches against names such as Tommy Fury, former UFC star Nate Diaz, and former kickboxing champion Andrew Tate. Presently, it's unclear who Paul will fight next.
