"You hit him on the back of the head 9 time out of 10" - Ex-UFC champ mocks Michael Chandler over 'Iron's' confident claim of beating Charles Oliveira

Michael Chandler lost to Charles Oliveira by decision at the co-main event of UFC 309. However, the combat sports fans were impressed with 'Iron's' performance, as he was highly entertaining throughout the bout.

Following the fight, Chandler has been on several podcasts and shows discussing his ambitions in the UFC, his previous fight with 'Do Bronx,' and more.

However, several UFC fans and internet users did not agree with Chandler's recent statement on The Ariel Helwani Show, where he said:

"I believe I beat Charles Oliveira nine times out of 10. Obviously I've lost twice to him now. Two out of two. I have 100% loss rate to Charles Oliveira. So I understand why people might tsk at that, roll their eyes at that."

Recently, @mmauncensored__ on Instagram, posted clips from the fight, embedded with Chandler’s recent claims from the podcast.

Charles Oliveira expressed dissatisfaction with his fight against Michael Chandler

So far, Michael Chandler has denied that he used illegal blows against Charles Oliveira. 'Iron' wasn't warned about anything during the bout, and the referee didn't halt it either. However, 'Do Bronx' talked about his observations during the bout, which he mentioned during the post-fight press conference.

“You know, I’m not here to criticize but I want to tell you something, there were a lot of blows to the back of the head, a lot of fence grabbing, there was also some eye-pokes and I was telling him [the referee] what was going on.”

During the post-fight press conference, UFC President Dana White also felt that the refereeing was strange and the fight could have been halted earlier.
