Jackie Buntan says her power will stay the same even in kickboxing

Jackie Buntan does not see her power being affected too much with bigger gloves in her kickboxing debut at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. 'Reug Reug' on Nov. 8 in Thailand.

She conveyed this in the same interview with Sportskeeda MMA, highlighting that her power is something she has worked on for a long time and she is not expecting it to fail her even in kickboxing.

Buntan said:

"I've always been confident in my power going into ONE Championship. I mean, I always relied on it. I know my power is always gonna be there."

Under ONE Championship's global kickboxing rule set, 8-ounce gloves are used in matches as opposed to 4-ounce ones in Muay Thai.

Buntan will be making her kickboxing debut in her title match against Anissa Meksen at ONE 169 after opening her promotional campaign with seven Muay Thai matches, where she won six of them.
