"You're gonna want to watch me fight" - Eddie Abasolo says he gives it his all for the enjoyment of the fans

Muay Thai star Eddie Abasolo hopes ONE Championship fans will fondly remember his time in the world's largest martial arts promotion as a fighter who consistently gives it all for their enjoyment.

Speaking with Cageside Press, Abasolo explained how important it is for him to put on a show for the fans:

"Whether my hands get raised or not, you're gonna want to watch me fight again and again, whether you're a fan or not. Whenever I'm in the ring or I'm on the card, you're gonna tune in."

Abasolo already has a dedicated fanbase in ONE after just four fights, especially following an electrifying second-round knockout of Niclas Larsen at ONE Fight Night 8 in March 2023 to earn his first win in the promotion.

'Silky Smooth' will look to have another memorable showing when he trades leather with Mohamed Younes Rabah in a featherweight Muay Thai bout at ONE 169: Malykhin vs. 'Reug Reug' on Friday, Nov. 8, inside the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Eddie Abasolo vowing to pursue knockout finish at ONE 169

Eddie Abasolo has no plans of letting the judges decide his fate when he takes on Mohamed Younes Rabah at ONE 169, especially after narrow decision defeats to Luke Lessei this past February and Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong in June 2023.

The 38-year-old said in an interview with 4oz to Freedom:

"Since I ain't been getting the decisions, like my mission is to go out there and just, not recklessly, of course, but knock everyone out whoever stands across from me. I got to make it clear. I can't leave it to the judges. I have to knock these people out."
