"You threw first"- Logan Paul's mom gets candid in new behind-the-scenes footage following mic cut caused by Dillon Danis
Logan Paul was able to defeat Dillon Danis in their boxing match as the latter was disqualified in the sixth and final round. The social media personality nearly didn't make it to the bout as a result of their scuffle at the press conference, in which he threw a water bottle at his opponent, leading the mixed martial artist to throw a microphone back in return.
Paul recently released behind the scenes footage to his YouTube channel from the moments immediately after the scuffle in which his mother questions why he threw the bottle. He begins by stating:
"I'm bleeding like a motherf**ker, bro. Yeah, he got me. I threw a bottle. He threw the microphone and the box, the square box, cut my face."
In the footage, his mother, who is off camera, is heard responding:
"Are they going to let you fight? Do you want me to let Nina know you're okay? Why are you throwing stuff? You threw first. I don't understand why you would do that."

Logan Paul and Dillon Danis exchanged words following their fight
While Logan Paul and Dillon Danis had six rounds to settle their differences in the ring, it appears that they were unable to do so. Following the bout, the social media personality took to Twitter to target his opponent for his pre-fight trash talk, stating:
"I think Dillion perfectly embodies the problem with society. All shit talk behind a screen. No action. Just another peasant running his mouth contributing nothing to this world but negativity. So happy I got to expose this clown"

Despite his disqualification, which he has since appealed, Danis claimed that he won the war between the two, responding:
"What did you prove? You didn't even tickle me. You backed out of an MMA fight against me. Everyone knew I'm not a boxer, but unlike others, I took on the challenge even with everything in your favor: weight, steroids, rounds, rules, judges, referees... the list goes on. I won the War. 😂🤡"

Danis has expressed an interest in facing Paul in mixed martial arts, which the two agreed on prior to the bout. It appears unlikely, however, that the two will clash in the cage.
