Liam Harrison knows that stagnation will be the death of any athlete.
The British Muay Thai legend could've stayed his usual marauding style, but he diligently worked on his craft to stay with the ever-evolving landscape of martial arts.
Taking to Instagram, Harrison detailed how he steadily improvised and built on his natural Muay Mat style throughout his decades-long career.

Harrison's all-legends clash against the Thai icon goes down at Ball Arena on September 6. Tickets for ONE 168: Denver are available at Ticketmaster.
