After a long career as a mixed martial artist, Diego Sanchez recently made his bare-knuckle boxing debut. 'The Nightmare' took on former boxing champion Austin Trout in a welterweight bout at BKFC Knucklemania 3. The event took place on February 17 in Albuquerque, Mexico.
Sanchez's BKFC debut didn't go well as he got pieced up by Trout on the night. A nasty gash opened above his eye prompted the on-duty physician to call a halt to the action, declaring Trout the victor via TKO.

We had a crazy snowstorm in Albuquerque last night, I guess one of us forgot to close our guest house door all the way. This morning my little nine-year-old Olivia walked out there alone to grab a pair of sneakers she had left.
After completely walking into the room she was met with an aggressive hissing sound, she jumped on a countertop and a bobcat sprung out from underneath the bed, it stared at her, pounds in her direction and then decided to run the opposite way.

Strickland did not show any sympathy for the recent events in Jones' household and blasted him on social media, bringing up the 35-year-old's past controversies. The UFC middleweight tweeted:
