Top UFC light heavyweight disgusted after learning about "douchebag" Karl Malone impregnating a 13-year-old girl
UFC light heavyweight Anthony Smith has questioned why former NBA player Karl Malone isn't in jail after the Utah Jazz legend appeared in their All-Star festivities last weekend.
Malone is a retired NBA star and is considered one of the best power forwards to have played the game. The controversy surrounding the 59-year-old dates back to 1983, when he was in his sophomore year at Louisiana Tech. Malone was 20 years old and was in a relationship with a 13-year-old girl whom he later impregnated.
At the time, the family of 13-year-old did not sue for statutory rape charges and instead filed a paternity suit. The case was then settled out of court. The child born was Demetress Bell, who later played in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles and Buffalo Bills.
On the latest episode of the Believe You Me podcast, Anthony Smith reacted to Karl Malone's appearance over the weekend. According to 'Lionheart', Malone should be in prison for his actions:
"How is he not in prison? So many years in prison he should have done. So many. He didn't pay child support, and then sh*ts on the card. He never met him until he got drafted right? Wow. Karl Malone is a piece of sh*t. Why is he so beloved if everyone knows this?...Well Karl Malone, if you ever watch this podcast, you are a piece of sh*t. Your sport sucks and you are a douchebag."

Ariel Helwani confirms Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler's UFC bout will fought at 170lbs
Earlier this month, UFC president Dana White announced that Conor McGregor would be returning to the octagon. 'The Notorious' will coach against fellow lightweight star Michael Chandler on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) and the pair will face each other towards the end of the year.
Whilst fans are understandably excited about the match-up, many were wondering which weightclass the bout would be fought at. 'Iron' has only competed at 155lbs during his UFC career, whereas the Irishman has multiple welterweight fights under his belt.
According to MMA journalist Ariel Helwani, who was on the latest episode of The Ringer MMA Show, McGregor versus Chandler will be a welterweight bout:
"The plan is they'll fight in the third quarter, last I heard [in] September. We did a quick Twitter space this thing in the morning just to try it out... We were talking about the weight, wasn't sure, [but now] I've confirmed it's 170 [pounds]."
