UFC 217 will most definitely go down as one of the greatest events in combat sports history.
A new record was created at the UFC’s MSG presentation, as three UFC Championships changed hands on the very same night.
In a night of firsts, November 4th, 2017 etched itself in the history books in more ways than one—perhaps the most prominent among them being a legend returning to the sport after a four-year hiatus and reclaiming promotional gold in a division he never professionally competed in before.
Furthermore, two undefeated champions lost their coveted ‘0’s in showdowns that are being heralded as equal amounts epic and shocking. So, without further ado, here are the complete results for UFC 217: Bisping vs St-Pierre...
Main Card
Michael Bisping vs Georges St-Pierre
Georges St-Pierre made a successful comeback to the sport of MMA after a four-year hiatus, capturing the UFC Middleweight Championship.
GSP won the first round handily both on the feet as well as the mat, however, Bisping appeared to be finding his way back into the fight towards the latter half of Round 2. Regardless, a huge left hook from St-Pierre dropped the Count, following which the Canadian legend swarmed his opponent.
GSP brought an end to the bout after raining down a seemingly endless barrage of elbows on Bisping, after which the latter gave up his back. GSP sunk in the Rear Naked Choke and put Bisping to sleep.

TJ Dillashaw vs Cody Garbrandt
TJ Dillashaw regained his UFC Bantamweight Championship by rallying from a first Round knockdown at the hands of Cody Garbrandt.
Cody almost finished TJ with a huge hook right on the button, however, the buzzer sounded, signalling the end of Round 1. Dillashaw cleared the cobwebs in Round 2, and caught Cody with a huge head kick behind the ear.
A few seconds later, TJ entered the pocket and swung for the fences, catching Cody with a barrage of punches and following up with a few ground strikes.
