UFC News: Jorge Masvidal not interested in facing winner of the Usman-Covington fight; wants Nick Diaz or Conor McGregor next
Jorge Masvidal is currently at an all-time high in his mixed martial arts career. He followed up his 5-second win over Ben Askren with a victory over Nate Diaz at UFC 244, securing the BMF Championship in the process.
Masvidal recently sat down for an interview with Yahoo Sports and discussed the possibility of a superfight against either Conor McGregor or Nick Diaz.

While conversing with Yahoo Sports, BMF Champion Masvidal claimed that he is not interested in facing the winner of the upcoming bout between Kamaru Usman and Colby Covington, as he has his sights set on a bigger fight.
Masvidal, who defeated Nate Diaz at UFC 244, is keen on sharing the Octagon with Nick Diaz or Conor McGregor in his next bout. (H/T: MMA Mania)
“They’re fighting for the spot to fight me. I’m the ticket at 170 pounds. I’m going to go and get the biggest, best and toughest fights. So it’s looking like we might fight Nick Diaz next, it’s looking like it might be Conor McGregor, obviously those fights come first because of the paycheck and everything it brings while these guys are settling the dust between the hugging championships.”
It remains to be seen whether Dana White is interested in booking a fight between Masvidal and one of the aforementioned names.
