UFC News: Nate Diaz gate crashes Conor McGregor's party at New York Club

The hate continues...

UFC featherweight champion, and now lightweight champion, Conor McGregor stayed back in New York City to celebrate his UFC 205 victory over Eddie Alvarez, at a nightclub. Amidst all the celebrations, there was an unexpected turn-up by someone familiar to The Notorious one. His former foe, Nate Diaz had popped up at the Marquee New York club.

As per the reports of Mmajunkie, the two stars avoided contact and didn’t make an effort to greet each other. It looks like the rivalry is still burning between the two. The presence of Diaz didn’t fail to catch the attention of the people present in the club.

Here’s a video of Diaz at the nightclub:

It's certain McGregor can’t forget that it was Nate Diaz, who gave the Irish man his first loss in the Octagon via submission due to a rear-naked choke, at UFC 196. McGregor avenged his loss fewer months later at UFC 202, successfully going the distance.

Both the warriors desire a final trilogy fight. McGregor has demanded the third match, but only if it were on his terms, at 155 pounds. McGregor justified his demand citing that he had previously fought on Diaz's terms of fighting at 170 pounds, twice.

Soon after McGregor’s dominance of the lightweight king, Eddie Alvarez, Diaz soon tweeted a ‘waving hand symbol’ to signify that he is still waiting for their third and final showdown, hopefully for the lightweight crown.

A final clash between the two stars is something too sweet for the new owners of the UFC to avoid considering the money generating fights the duo have made. Their previous two clashes had broken all the pay-per-view numbers besides UFC 205.
