Paulo Costa makes controversial comment about Donald Trump's presidential win

Donald Trump made a striking comeback to the White House in the 2024 presidential elections, securing victory by a considerable margin. Dana White has been one of his biggest supporters in the race, alongside several other UFC fighters.

Former middleweight title challenger Paulo Costa reacted to Trump's win on X, but not without his trademark derogatory humor:

"Bro stopped America from having a female president TWICE. Woman only for s*x, never forget it."

Fans condemned his remark in the comments section, with some even reminding him how his partner, Tamara Alves, is an entrepreneur and his manager.

Colby Covington shares update on UFC 310 cancellation

Welterweight champion Belal Muhammad was set to defend his belt against Shavkat Rakhmonov at UFC 310 but unfortunately had to pull out due to a bone infection. Speaking with Submission Radio, former title challenger Colby Covington revealed that he had offered to step in on short notice, but the promotion had other plans.

According to 'Chaos', the UFC is eyeing to book Kamaru Usman against Rakhmonov for the main event fight:

"Looks like they're going for a different route. They're going to potentially go with the Usman and sh*trat [Shavkat] fight... I offered. I told the UFC that I was willing to step up to the plate and I would love to save the show."

New update on Conor McGregor's alleged rape case

Nikita Hand, a former hair colorist who has accused Conor McGregor of rape, told the court that the UFC star choked her three times and she felt like she would pass away.

Hand has recently lodged a civil action lawsuit against McGregor and another man called James Lawrence on charges of sexual assault that allegedly occurred at the penthouse suite of the Beacon Hotel in Dublin on Feb. 9, 2018.

According to Irish Mirror, Hand told the court on Wednesday:

"When he was raping me I was completely numb. I didn’t feel anything. But he hurt me when he choked me, pressing down on my body. I just completely froze."

Hand also said that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DDP) decided in 2020 not to bring charges against Mcgregor. A "shocked and very disappointed" Hand sought resolution by writing a letter calling DDP out after being interviewed by the Irish gardai twice.
