How to get and use Shroud Spores in Enshrouded

Shroud Spores in Enshsouded are a type of crafting material you need to make various things like your Glider and Grappling Hook. This makes it a pretty important resource to gather. These Spores are located in areas within the Shroud, and like the Shroud itself, they can corrupt you with time. Since they are found only in the Shroud, you must first improve your abilities to keep yourself alive there.

In this article, we will talk about how you can get Shroud Spores in Enshrouded and how you can use them.

How to get Shroud Spores in Enshrouded?

The only method of obtaining Shroud Spores in the game is by defeating enemies within the Shroud. Keep an eye out for the duration you remain here though, as it will kill you if you stay more than five minutes. However, if you have an upgraded Flame Altar, you can survive for up to six minutes.

After entering the Shroud, search and defeat any of the Shroud enemies as they all drop three of these Spores. Also, keep in mind that the blue, zombie-like enemies drop Torn Cloth too.

If you want to farm the Spores faster and more efficiently, focus on low-level enemies as they are easy to defeat. If you want to spend a longer time in the Shroud, search for Return Beacons and Hourglass Capsules as they will increase the duration you can stay in this area. Alternatively, you can defeat a few enemies, leave, and then re-enter the Shroud to restart the timer and keep farming.
