How to get Wooden Planks in Enshrouded
Wooden Planks in Enshrouded is a type of refined crafting material that is crucial for making buildings and better equipment. Since many items in the game cannot be made only with basic materials like wood or stone, having an abundant supply of wooden planks is essential. Also, these Planks can only be crafted and it may take some time before you will be able to craft refined materials.

Enshrouded: How to get Wooden Planks?
Wooden Planks can only be crafted on a Table Saw with Wood Logs as raw material. Each Wood Log will allow you to craft two planks. You can easily get Wood Logs by cutting down trees and breaking down wooden objects in the game. However, obtaining a Table Saw requires a bit more work.

How to get a Table Saw in Enshrouded?
The first step to getting a Table Saw is to find and free the Carpenter. His vault is located east of Cinder the spawn area in the game, Cinder Vault. To reach the Carpenter's Vault, you must have a Grappling Hook and a Glider to traverse the terrain. You should also get a Strengthened Flame from the Flame Altar as it will help you survive the areas in the Shroud.

After you have liberated the Carpenter, he will give you a quest to find a Circular Sawblade. For that, you must travel to a location called Thornhold, which is situated to the southeast of the Revelwood Ancient Spire.
You have to clear the first area in Thornhold, and then move to a fort that is located a bit further in. The area is full of enemies you have to fight through to reach the Circular Sawblades located in a wagon inside the fort.
Once you are done with the quest, return to the Carpenter and you will unlock the Table Saw to craft the Wooden Planks.
