Every new tonic added in Destiny 2 Revenant Act II

Tonics have been a primary feature for loot in Destiny 2 Episode Revenant. Ever since Bungie has brought back the essence of farming for weapons, the usage of these tonics has significantly increased. These can be used to farm armor pieces, gain boost to abilities, or target-farm seasonal weapons. With the Act II release, players can farm more tonics for their benefit, especially regarding the new weapons.

This article lists every new tonic added with Revenant Act II. For the very basics of tonics, readers are recommended to refer to our complete guide on how tonics work in Episode Revenant.

Destiny 2 Episode Revenant Act II new tonics

Here is a list of new tonics added with Act II of Revenant:

  • Diluted Tonic of Brawling: Boosts the effects of the Artifact perk "Thick of It."
  • Potent Tonic of Brawling: Boosts the effects of the "Curative Orbs" Artifact perk
  • Refined Tonic of Brawling: Boosts the effects of both Artifact perks "Thick of it" and "Curative Orbs."

All three tonics mentioned above have their passive effects as well, which include reducing damage from combatants in point-blank range. To unlock these tonics, collect ingredients of the respective tonics, which are also called "reagents." To look at the drop source of these reagents head to the Tonic Capsule via inventory and hover over each reagent to look for the source.

Regarding the new weapons, players can also create tonics for the three new weapons. These tonics are as follows:

  • Tonic of Sojourner's Tale (Tomb of Elders)
  • Tonic of Noxious Vetiver (Tomb of Elders)
  • Tonic of Gridskipper (Tomb of Elders)

All three tonics mentioned above are purple tier, which can be unlocked by creating the green tier "Tonic of Tomb Gear" tonic within the "Tomb of Elders Tonic" tab in the brewing table. Follow the same process for the other weapon tonics as well.

Do note that the Act I weapons aren't in the Tomb of Elders loot pool. However, this can be bypassed by brewing specific Tomb of Elders tonics that can drop weapons from both acts. All of them can be found within the "Tomb of Elders Tonic" tab of the brewing table.
