However, getting these coins is a lengthy process as you can get only one every week, so upgrading all of your gear may take some time.

How to get Ordelle Coins in Final Fantasy XIV

To obtain Ordelle Coins, you must complete the Alliance Raid Jeuno - The First Walk, part of the Echoes of Vana’diel series added in Patch 7.1. Unlocking this raid begins with the quest 'An Otherworldly Encounter', which is available in Tulliyollal.

However, you need to complete the Dawntrail Main Scenario Quests before the quest appears. Follow the objectives of An Otherworldly Encounter to unlock the raid.

To enter Jeuno - The First Walk, you must meet the item level requirement of 695, so ensure your gear is upgraded appropriately. Once inside, clearing the raid rewards you with one Ordelle Coin. Keep in mind that you can only earn one coin per week, making it essential to complete the raid weekly to keep up with augmenting your gear.

How to use Ordelle Coins in Final Fantasy XIV

Once you’ve obtained an Ordelle Coin, head to the Nexus Arcade in Solution Nine and speak to the NPC Uah’shepya. This NPC allows you to exchange your Ordelle Coin for either Surgelight Twine or Surgelight Glaze, which are essential materials for gear enhancement.

These materials are used to upgrade gear purchased with Tomestones of Heliometry, boosting the item level of your Quetzalli gear to 730. After acquiring the necessary materials, visit Theone in Solution Nine. She will assist in augmenting your gear, letting you upgrade your gear to its augmented version.
