How to obtain the Rod of Kepeleke in Diablo 4
Primary method: Defeating Uber Bosses
The most reliable way to acquire the Rod of Kepeleke is by defeating certain Uber Bosses in Torment difficulty. These bosses are the Echo of Andariel and the Echo of Duriel, each requiring specific summoning materials.
Echo of Andariel:
- Obtain 2x Sandscorched Shackles from Lord Zir and 2x Pincushioned Dolls from The Beast in the Ice.
These bosses also require materials to summon:
- Lord Zir: 12x Exquisite Blood.
- The Beast in the Ice: 12x Distilled Fear.
After gathering these materials, head to the Hanged Man’s Hall in Kehjistan. Use the altar to summon Andariel and defeat her for a chance at the Rod of Kepeleke. The drop rate is approximately 13% per guaranteed unique drop.
Echo of Duriel:
- Collect 1x Mucus-Slick Egg from the Echo of Varshan and 1x Shard of Agony from Grigoire the Galvanic Saint.
Use these materials at the summoning altar in the Gaping Crevasse in Gea Kul. Defeat Duriel for another chance at the Rod of Kepeleke.
For both bosses, farming multiple sets of summoning materials is recommended to maximize your chances. Aim to stockpile at least 10 sets for 5 solid attempts. You can also try the Kurast Undercity dungeon; it also has a chance to drop the item.
