Next Diablo 4 dev stream to discuss upcoming big mid-season patch
The next Diablo 4 developer stream is coming, and it’s time to discuss balance and more in the mid-season patch. While we don’t have any specifics on what is going to be talked about, there is one topic we can be sure will be brought up: The Spiritborn. Without question, the most powerful class in the game it will certainly be discussed—but we don’t know if it will lead to nerfs, buffs to other classes, or something else entirely.
It will be interesting to see if Season 6 gets some new content, as what was offered by the D4 developers this time around felt incredibly threadbare. We’ll have to wait until November 12, 2024, to learn more about the mid-season update.

Diablo 4’s Campfire Chat dev stream will discuss balance and more
The next Diablo 4 dev stream will take place on November 14, 2024, at 11 am PST. While there are no confirmed changes, balance or otherwise, we do know that balance will be a part of the conversation. It will most likely be a major talking point because the overpowered nature of the Spiritborn has been something players have been discussing since the patch’s launch.
In a post by Blizzard, the next D4 dev stream will talk about class balance changes, content updates and more. There will also be a Q&A session so that players can ask their questions directly to the team.
There’s been a great deal of discussion on whether or not the Spiritborn should even be nerfed until next season. There are certainly fans on both sides of the discussion. Some want the Spiritborn nerfed, but others would prefer to see other classes brought up to that level.
We don’t have any confirmation one way or another, but the developers will surely give their answers about what the future holds for the action RPG on November 12, 2024, at 11 am PST. It will be available on Twitch, YouTube, X and TikTok live.
