Path of Exile 2 Bahlak the Sky Seer boss guide
Path of Exile 2’s Trial of Chaos features a host of bosses, including Bahlak the Sky Seer. The chances of this boss showing up are equal to that of the other ones. However, I would argue that Bahlak is much easier to defeat than some of them. Even then, you will need to understand his mechanics, and where to stand to avoid almost being one-shot by this powerful foe.
Unlike Chetza the Feathered Plague, Path of Exile 2’s Bahlak the Sky Seer doesn’t have extra adds to deal with. The boss, however, has several unblockable attacks that you will simply have to get out of the way of. If you’re struggling with this Trial of Chaos boss, we’re here to help.
How to beat Bahlak the Sky Seer in Path of Exile 2
Bahlak the Sky Seer has several frustrating attacks in Path of Exile 2. He can deliver some lightning blasts that come at you pretty fast. This should certainly be avoided if possible. The lightning orbs he spawns, on the other hand, are so much easier to avoid. Those move slowly and you can just get out of the way.
One of the most frustrating skills Bahlak the Sky Seer has in Path of Exile 2 is when he transforms into a gigantic tornado. He also spawns smaller tornados, making the area incredibly hard to maneuver around. This takes up a great deal of the screen, so just keep moving, and avoid getting hit.
More often than not, Bahlak the Sky Seer will fly off-screen after this, and some of his other lightning attacks in PoE 2. When this happens, the boss will fly back down after a delay, and begin launching ultra-fast projectiles. Stay behind the boss, and you’ll be just fine. Depending on where Bahlak is on the screen, this can look like a big backflip in the air.
Another incredibly dangerous attack is when the sky grows dark. Bahlak the Sky Seer will keep doing all of his other attacks, but now the Path of Exile 2 boss will start sending in long lines of bats that travel in a straight line. You’ll probably see a few of these on screen at once. Keep moving to stay out of the way.
Perhaps the most annoying attack and a real test of your Dodge Roll skills is when Bahlak the Sky Seer flies straight up into the air. He’s going to come down fast and dive bomb you where you are, so dodge roll at the right time to get out of the way. Defeating this boss allows you to claim the loot at the end of the Trial and move on with the game.
