Follow these steps to create your own Guild:

Access the Social Menu: Open the main menu in the game and navigate to the Social option.
Navigate to the Guild Tab: Once in the Social Menu, switch to the Guild tab. If you are not already part of a Guild, you will see an option to create one.
Create the Guild: Enter your desired Guild name and click the Create button.
