Although still early access, there are many Path of Exile 2 Twitch Drops available, as of this writing, that you can get just by watching the streams of the game on Twitch. However, if by any chance you miss the drops, don’t worry, they will be available on the in-game store once the game gets a full release.

What are the Path of Exile 2 Twitch Drops, and how to obtain them
Grinding Gear Games has partnered with Twitch to offer three unique cosmetic rewards during the first two weeks of Path of Exile 2 Early Access. To participate, link your Path of Exile and Twitch accounts, watch live streams of Path of Exile 2 for three hours, and support eligible streamers by gifting Twitch subscriptions for an additional bonus item.
To claim the reward follow these steps:
Step 1
Visit this link and sign up if you don’t already have an account. Once logged in, navigate to your account settings and find the "Twitch Settings" section. Under "Other Connections", click the Connect button next to Twitch. Follow the prompts to log in to Twitch and authorize the connection.
Once linked, you’ll receive a confirmation message. Make sure the Path of Exile account linked to Twitch is the one where you want to receive your rewards.

Step 2
Tune into any Twitch streamer streaming Path of Exile 2 and watch for a cumulative total of three hours to qualify for rewards. Check your Twitch Inventory to ensure your watch time is being counted.
Week 1 Twitch Drops
- Start: December 6, 2024, at 2 PM EST
- End: December 14, 2024, at 3 AM EST
- Rewards: Energising Bolt Flask Effect, Halo of the Righteous Helmet Attachment
Week 2 Twitch Drops
- Start: December 14, 2024, at 3 AM EST
- End: December 22, 2024, at 3 AM EST
- Reward: Temporal Lord's Portal Effect
Step 3
In addition to regular Twitch Drops, you can unlock a special bonus reward by supporting eligible streamers. Gift two Twitch subscriptions to eligible Path of Exile 2 streamers between December 6, 2024, at 2 PM EST and December 22, 2024, at 3 AM EST to earn the Chimera Pet.

Step 4
Once you've met the requirements for earning the rewards, visit your Twitch Inventory to view them. Select the desired Path of Exile 2 rewards and claim them. Once done, log in to Path of Exile 2 to access your claimed items. Ensure rewards are claimed before the promotion ends on December 22, 2024, at 3 PM EST.
