Where to buy Wisdom Scrolls in Path of Exile 2?
If you want to buy Wisdom Scrolls in Path of Exile 2, the best place would be to interact with Una in Clearfell Encampment. The NPC can be found sitting on the bench by the fire right in the center of town. Interact with her to purchase Scrolls of Wisdom.

Each Scroll of Wisdom will cost 25 gold, and you can stack up to 40 in one inventory slot at any given time. It is a good idea to keep a full stack, as traveling back and forth to the NPC can get rather tiresome. This will also ensure that you can identify gear and toss out the ones you don't need on the go, rather than having to head back to town and do it.
How to find Scrolls of Wisdom in Path of Exile 2?
If you don't feel like spending your hard-earned gold to buy Scrolls of Wisdom, you could also find them out there in the open world.
