Basic Attack: The Throne and Liberty Butcher's Canyon Dungeon Boss Duke Magna will swing their mighty axe, damaging players in front of him. It will cause a bit of damage, but nothing too serious.

Rings Of Fire - Sheep: Upon reaching 90% HP, the Throne and Liberty Butcher's Canyon Dungeon Boss Duke Magna will drag all players into the center of the arena. Around this time, two rings of fire will spawn and players who come in contact with them will get stuck inside.

Two Orc Shapeshifters will soon follow the rings: one spawning on the East Totem and the other on the West Totem. One player will now be morphed/transformed into a sheep. When this happens, a timed sequence will begin.

The player who is now a sheep is barred from jumping. This means that they will get stuck within the rings of fire. To overcome this challenge, you will have to coordinate with your team and transfer the curse from one player to another to get it outside the rings of fire in time. Remember to use a Dash Morph to jump over the flames.

To overcome this mechanic, it'll be wise to line up two players at the edges of the rings leading up to both the Orc Shapeshifters. As soon as the Sheep is clear of the flames, attack the Orc Shapeshifters to spawn a blue ritual circle. This will remove the Sheep Morph and the fight can commence as normal.

Rings Of Fire - Totem: When the Throne and Liberty Butcher's Canyon Dungeon Boss Duke Magna's HP hits 40%, more Rings Of Fire will spawn. Once again, all players will be pulled to the center of the arena. However, there will be no Sheep involved this time around. Instead, two Totems will appear on opposing sides of the area.

You will have to interact with both of them to stop this mechanic. Furthermore, you should hurry as your teammate will be bound/shackled in the center of the arena until both Totems have been interacted with.

AOE Fury Attack: The Throne and Liberty Butcher's Canyon Dungeon Boss Duke Magna also has a pretty gnarly AOE Fury Attack. After a brief charge-up, the boss will swing his axe in a whirlwind motion. Your safest bet would be to block it, but if you feel up to the challenge, you can dodge it as well. However, blocking would be the best option.

Eye Beam and Meteor Shower: In addition to the aforementioned attacks, The Throne and Liberty Butcher's Canyon Dungeon Boss Duke Magna has two more tricks up their sleeve. One is an Eye Beam that will be launched when there is no player within melee-attack range. For this reason, it is recommended that you have at least one Tank in your party.

Meanwhile, the Meteor Shower attack pattern is easy to dodge. When the Throne and Liberty Butcher's Canyon Dungeon Boss Duke Magna raises his axe into the air, Meteors will rain down after a short duration. They will impact a player's last location where they were standing when the ability was cast. To avoid sustained damage, simply move out of the area. Look for an indication marker to see the exact impact location.
