Throne and Liberty Cave of Destruction dungeon layout
The Cave of Destruction is a 1-star Dimensional Circle Dungeon. After entering the Dungeon, you must clear three rooms that have various types of ant mobs.
The Mutant Explosive Ants will chase you and then explode, causing AoE poison damage. Make sure you are not near your teammates when that happens, and your healer should instantly heal you after you get damaged by the poison.
The most challenging of these ants is the miniboss called the Giant Mutant Acid Ant. You will face it in the last room before entering the boss arena. To make the miniboss appear, destroy the Giant Acid Egg.
The Giant Mutant Acid Ant will spew acid on the ground, which will cause AoE damage, so be careful not to step on them. When it starts its Fury attack, it will pull you and your teammates towards it. Block or evade this attack to avoid getting caught in it.

Once you enter the boss arena, you will see three eggs. Break them — this will make Lequirus appear.
Taunting the boss
Lequirus will start with a large AoE attack, which can be counteracted by the Tank's taunt. If the Tank keeps the boss' attention, this AoE attack will not occur.
Wipe AoE attack
Sometime through the fight, two adds will appear: Red Paralyzing Ant and Blue Paralyzing Ant. Two areas of the same colors will also appear on the ground. If you kill the ant of a specific color, you will get a buff that will let you enter the marked area of the same color.
When you get the color buff, Lequirus will go up in the air and come down for an AoE attack. Go to the colored area to make a platform come out from under your feet. Standing on that pillar will save you and your teammates from the attack for a short time.
Then, fly to another add called the Gem Ant, which will be on another platform. Kill the Gem Ant quickly to stop Lequirus' attack and continue the fight.
Larva
After the boss' HP drops below half, it will spew larvae on every player. Help each other to get the larvae off quickly, or they will make the boss shoot you up in the air, causing significant damage.
