Throne and Liberty Dimensional Contract Tokens explained

Dimensional Contract Token is one of Throne and Liberty's currencies. You can gauge how many you have at any time by checking the second-to-right purple icon at the top right corner of your screen. The purple hooded icon represents your total Dimensional Contract Tokens, whereas the grey one to the right represents the amount of Abyssal Contract Tokens.

If you're unsure what they are or how you get them, this guide on Dimensional Contract Tokens in Throne and Liberty explains it all.

What are Dimensional Contract Tokens used for in Throne and Liberty?

Dimensional Contract Tokens are a currency used exclusively to open chests at the end of Co-op Dungeons. This lets you access the dungeon drop — including the randomized blue or purple gear you can get. In other words, without Dimensional Contract Tokens, there's little point in doing these Co-op dungeons.

The lower-level co-op Dungeons, such as Specter's Abyss or Roaring Temple, cost less Dimensional Contract Tokens to claim the reward. The end-game 1-Star Dimensional Contract Dungeons (Lvl 50), meanwhile, all take 300 Dimensional Contract Tokens.

The acquisition of Tokens is automatic but time-gated, which means this currency also limits the number of rewards you can get over time if you do a lot of Co-op Dungeon runs.

How do you get Dimensional Contract Tokens?

You get a passive income of Dimensional Contract Tokens daily once you reach Lvl 20 in Throne and Liberty, and there's no active farm source for this currency in the game yet. This is how it works: during each daily reset, the game automatically generates a number of Dimensional Contract Tokens for each Lvl 20+ character based on the character level range, even if you're not logged in.

However, there's a catch. The number of Tokens you can have at a given time is capped.

Depending on your character level, you have the following Token gain and cap:

Character LevelDimensional Tokens GainedDimensional Token Cap
Lvl 20 - 293601800
Lvl 30 - 396603300
Lvl 40 - 497803900
Lvl 509004500

Dimensional Contract Tokens are not to be confused with Dimensional Soul Shards, which are artifacts gained from 1-Star Dimensional Circle and used in crafting or getting Epic gear.
