The Venomous Queen Spider (Taedal Floor 2) boss in Throne and Liberty is located on the second level of Taedal's Tower. She has over 11,000 HP, making her a tough opponent if you are level 17 or under level 20. You will need to be quick on your feet and pay attention to her movements, as she is rather agile.

How to access the Throne and Liberty Venomous Queen Spider (Taedal Floor 2) boss
You can access the Throne and Liberty Venomous Queen Spider (Taedal Floor 2) boss by entering the painting in Codex Chapter 3: Veterans Never Die. You will have to defeat the Venomous Queen Spider as part of the quest. Once the task is completed, you can return to the painting to access the Tower when needed.
You will also gain access to Taedal's Tower via the Secret Dungeon Menu. Once you hit level 30, this option will become available. That said, you must be at least level 17 to take on the Venomous Queen Spider.

Basic Attack (Poisonous): The Venomous Queen Spider (Taedal Floor 2) boss does basic close-quarter attacks. They don't deal much damage, but the issue is that she can poison your character. This, in turn, will deal DPS. If you don't have a large health pool or an ineffective way to heal, the fight will be much harder than normal. Try to avoid being poisoned by dodging attacks.
Fury Attack: The Venomous Queen Spider (Taedal Floor 2) boss has a Fury Attack that involves her leaping towards you. Keep in mind that you can choose to dodge this attack or block it — the choice is yours. If you are confident of timing the block, do it to gain the upper hand in combat for a brief moment, or dodge it entirely.
Spider Web Attack: The Venomous Queen Spider (Taedal Floor 2) boss has one final trick up her sleeve which involves spitting spiderwebs at you. Once they land on the ground, they stay there for a while. Make sure not to step onto them or else you'll gain debuffs during the fight.
She also shoots out webs now and then as a melee attack. Be sure to dodge those as well.

By staying out of her melee attack range, you can dodge most of the damage she tries to inflict. Remember to keep moving as she tends to leap during her Fury Attack, and avoid walking onto the Spider Webs.
