Wicked Sister returns with a complete overhaul of its stats and elements in Destiny 2. This weapon was initially released with the very first update in the game when it was a Solar weapon with very limited perks. However, with the recent re-issued in the Vanguard loot pool, players can choose from 24 perks across two columns.

The following perks are recommended on the Wicked Sister Grenade Launcher for PvE:
- Volatile Launch for increased Blast Radius.
- Spike Grenades for increased damage on direct projectile hits.
- Envious Arsenal for reloading the weapon by shooting the target with two other weapons in the inventory.
- Bait and Switch for increasing the weapon's damage after shooting the target with two other weapons in the inventory.
Since there are multiple other perks in the weapon, here are a few alternatives that can perform as well as the aforementioned perks. Auto-Loading Holster can reload the weapon when holstered, allowing players to quickly switch between weapons without having to reload.

Wicked Sister can be obtained from Vanguard Strikes completions, alongside the "Focused Decoding" section in exchange for 1 Vanguard Engram. Note that each perk can be enhanced for better performance. To do this, players simply must level the weapon up using upgrade materials and then enhance each perk.
