Here is a step-by-step guide to re-roll in Ash Echoes:

• Step 1: Log in to the title using your email.
• Step 2: Complete the basic tutorial, which takes around 20 minutes. By that time, you will have unlocked the in-game gacha system after clearing S0-4, Joint Ops.
• Step 3: After completing the tutorial, clear S1-1. You will unlock the sign-in calendar and receive 10 Resonance Clues.
• Step 4: Go to your in-game mailbox and claim pre-registration rewards that include 10 Resonance Clue and 10 Memories Backflash. You can also find other rewards that include X Particles.
