How to get X Particles in Ash Echoes
X Particles in Ash Echoes are among the most used and crucial in-game items. These help obtain Echomancers and Memory Traces from the banners if you lack in-game gacha currencies. You can exchange 300 X Particles for one Resonance Clue or a Memory Backflash and pull on the banners. These in-game items can also help you purchase Stamina, X Crystals, and more.

All the ways to obtain X Particles in Ash Echoes
Here are all the ways to get X Particles in Ash Echoes:
1) Upgrade your Officer level
Officer level is your account’s level that you must upgrade to unlock in-game content, such as game modes and story chapters. Upgrading the Officer level also grants multiple rewards such as O.E. Coins, Action Points, and X Particles in Ash Echoes. However, you will get X Particles only at every 10th level.

2) Do Dailies, Weeklies, and Phase Quests
Completing all Daily, Weekly, and Phase Quests is the best way to obtain X Particles in Ash Echoes. Phase Quests offers a series of tasks, and completing them will take you to the next phase. You can get X Particles as completion rewards for clearing every phase.
Daily Quests offer a series of tasks you must complete every day, each rewarding Daily Activity points. Earning 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 points grants various materials. And you will get X Particles at 60 and 100 points.
Similarly, you can get Weekly Activity points by completing tasks in Weekly Quests. It also rewards various in-game items at several milestones: 30, 60, 90, 120, and 150. You will get X Particles upon accumulating 90 and 150.

3) Play various game modes
If you’re looking for plenty of X Particles, ensure you play several game modes in Ash Echoes. However, you will get them only the first time you clear every stage in the game modes. Here's the list of game modes that grant X Particles:
- Skyrift Observations
- Echoing Nexus (by clearing a Danger Zone for the first time)
- Nexus Memory
- Joint Training
- Field Ops
- Main Story (Normal and Elite)

4) Upgrade Memory Traces
Memory Traces act as the gear in this RPG gacha title. You can upgrade, limit break, and use them in Echoing Nexus game mode to obtain stats and skills. Upgrading Memory Traces levels to 30 and 60 rewards X Particles in Ash Echoes.
6) Increase Echomancer’s Bond
Increasing Echomancer’s Bond is also one of the many ways to get X Particles in Ash Echoes. Earn Bond points by engaging in various in-game activities and use the points to level up Ehomancers Bond level. Here is the list of ways you can use to increase your Echomancers Bond level:
- Playing other game modes except the main story and completing the stages for the first time increases the Bond Points of Echomancers.
- Completing Echoing Nexus increases the Bond level of Echomancers used in the Final Battleground. The Echomancer used as the leader will get the most Bond points.
- The last way is inviting Echomancers for Tea Time. You can get higher amounts of Bond points if you choose a beverage closer to the Echomancers’ preferences.
The Bond level can be upgraded to a maximum of 20. And you get X Particles in Ash Echoes every fourth level; they are 4, 8, 12, 16, and 20.
7) Expand the database
The database stores all information about Ash Echoes in its seven sections: Encyclopedia, Archives, Badges, VA List, Stories, CG Gallery, and FAQ. View the Echomancers obtained under their respective faction In the Archives section.
Each time you obtain an Echomancer in Ash Echoes, their data gets unlocked in Archives, granting 20 X Particles. You can also receive 20 X Particles by obtaining and unlocking the data of one Memory Trace in the Archives section.
8) Read tutorials
You can find tutorials in the FAQ section, which can be accessed from the Menu in the lobby. Read the tutorial entries of the contents you unlocked, which will grant X Particles in Ash Echoes. This way, you can obtain up to 300 X Particles.

9) Echoing Nexus
Echoing Nexus is the heart of Ash Echoes gameplay. In this game mode, you can select an Echomancer as a leader, equip him with Memory Traces, fight various enemies to clear stages to increase your Tactical Engraving (combat power), and obtain passive skills.
Fight enemies on the surface using only the leader and team in the Danger Zone. Clearing a Danger Zone for the first time grants 120 X Particles in Ash Echoes. Additionally, you can obtain X Particles based on the number of Danger Zones conquered.
10) Nexus Memory
Nexus Memory is a game mode, which can help you farm X Particles in Ash Echoes. There are four sections in Nexus Memory: Lab, Blood Ruvia/City, Phantasm Realm, and Hailin Streets. Each section offers multiple stages, and clearing some for the first time grants X Particles as rewards.
11) Increase Total Tactical Engraving rating
You can increase the Engraving Ratings of each Echomancer by playing the Echoing Nexus game mode in Ash Echoes. Echoing Nexus divides Echomancers into three types: Square, Triangle, and Diamond. The Echomancers fall under the type that resembles their Ash Echoes classes’ symbols.
The Total Tactical Engraving rating is the average of the highest-rating Engravings from each type. The ratings range from the lowest C, B, and A to the highest S. There are a total of 30 levels of ratings; C ranges from C1 to C9, B from B10 to B19, A from A20 to A29, and S consists of only one, 30.
Upgrading your Total Tactical Engraving grants X Particles in Ash Echoes. However, only some levels grant X Particles as rewards. You can obtain them on all levels except every third, starting from C6.
12) Battle pass
The battle pass of Ash Echoes, Project Vein, is also one of the sources to get X Particles. Complete various Daily, Weekly, and Cyclical quests to earn Project Vein EXP and upgrade your battle pass’s level. It grants various rewards, including X Particles in Ash Echoes. You will obtain X Particles only at Levels 5, 20, 25, 40, and 45.

13) Character trials
Find character trials in the Event Center > Trial. Neocraft features some Ash Echoes characters in the Trial. Complete each character’s trial to obtain 30 X Particles in Ash Echoes. As of this writing, you can play the trials of Cen Ying, Lorelle, Luke, Sephonis, Caroline, and Sambheka, making your X Particles earn a total of 180.
14) Events
Neocraft features at least one event in each update that rewards X Particles in Ash Echoes. As of launch, you can play the Voyagers and Everlasting Shadows event. Complete various tasks in the event and claim X Particles as rewards from the featured events.
