Brawl Stars maintenance break today (October 2024): Angels vs Demons update and additions

The Brawl Stars maintenance break today (October 29, 2024) has been underway since 1:30 am ET. The developers have suggested it will last until 3:30 am ET. This maintaince break is tied to an update that will introduce the Angles vs Demons season, new brawlers, and bug fixes.

This article highlights the changes that will be introduced after the ongoing Brawl Stars maintenance break.

Patch notes for the Brawl Stars Angels vs Demons update

As per the patch notes, two new Brawlers — Juhu and Shade — are set to debut in the new update. The former will be a Mythic Brawler, falling under the Artillery faction, while Shade will be an Epic Brawler belonging to the Assassin faction. Both will have their own sets of abilities and gadgets.

The new update will introduce Hypercharges for the following brawlers:

8-Bit
Otis
Ruffs
Darryl
Penny
Stu

Additionally, new Angel vs Demons-themed skins will come to the shop, bringing new attires for Larry & Lawrie, Mortis, Edgar, and other new brawlers. Certain older skins will also return to the in-game shop.

The new Brawl Stars trophy system, which was announced a few weeks ago, will also implemented. Additionally, the new Angel and Demons event will commence shortly after the new update goes live.

Apart from that, numerous bug fixes will also be implemented. These include fixes for inconsistencies involving Nani, Lily, Amber, and other Brawlers's gadgets. The update will also rid the bugs tied to club chats and Mega Pig.
