Here's a rundown of Mercuria’s skills in Reverse 1999:
- Restless Souls (Basic Skill): It attacks one enemy, dealing 160%/240%/400% damage with one/two/three-star cards. The ally with the lowest HP recovers HP equal to 50% of the Arcanist’s attack. The attack deals an additional 30% Mental damage for every 2-star card and 50% for every 3-star card, up to 250%.
- Self Focusing (Basic Skill): This skill buffs all allies by increasing their critical rate by 20%/25%/30% with one/two/three-star cards for two rounds. Mercuria also gains 4/5/6 additional stacks of Cosmic Energy with one/two/three-star cards for two rounds.
- Morning Star for the Night (Ultimate Skill): It attacks all enemies and dispels random Stats Up and Pos Status from all enemies. Then, it deals 400% Mental damage to all enemies. Lastly, it grants the Rank Up buff to all allies for two rounds.

- Cosmic Energy: When activated, it creates a Force Field that grants a 2% damage dealt buff to allies. The effect can stack up to 25 times, each timed independently, and no enemies can dispel them.
- Rank Up: This effect increases the allies’ rank by one star. However, the incantation’s inherent effects won’t be unaffected by the rank-up.
