Squad Busters makes Pinata Festival a weekly event
The Pinata Festival in Squad Busters is a recurring plaza event that requires players to team up and collect Pinata Sticks, which are exchanged for opening Pinatas. The event usually runs for two to three days and rewards many in-game items like troops, coins, and chest tickets. In the game, plaza events are random, and there is no way to tell when a new one may start.
However, Supercell has come in bearing great news by recently announcing that the Pinata Festival will take place every week.
Pinata Festival will arrive weekly in Squad Busters, as revealed by Supercell
Squad Busters officially stated that the Pinata Festival plaza event will take place every weekend until a notice stating otherwise is released.
Given that Plaza events are temporary and usually occur without any previous notice, this announcement came as a surprise, making it one of the rare instances when players know about upcoming events ahead of time.
Players can use this extra time to team up with their friends and strategize for the upcoming Pinata events. Additionally, players can invite up to five players to join them for the event.

What is the Pinata Festival in Squad Busters?
Pinata festival is a Plaza event in Squad Busters, that tasks players with collecting Pinata Sticks, which are exchanged to open Pinatas that are full of rewards.
When the event starts, players will see a Pinata in the plaza. They can make teams to complete the event. The cumulative sum of all the Pinata Sticks collected by the entire team will be counted towards the progression of the event.
On that note, players are advised to team up if they aim to complete the event. Since players need to collect 3120 Pinata Sticks, collecting them all alone can be quite a chore. The event features five levels of Pinatas:
- Level 1: Requires 20 Sticks
- Level 2: Requires 100 Sticks
- Level 3: Requires 500 Sticks
- Level 4: Requires 1000 Sticks
- Level 5: Requires 1500 Sticks
The Pinata Sticks spawn randomly during battle and are counted as special loot at the end of the battle.
