That said, this article provides an overview of Tuesday’s skills, best teammates, and whether she is worth pulling.

Tuesday in Reverse 1999: Skills overview

Here is the skills overview of Tuesday in Reverse 1999:

  • The Horror’s Delight (Basic Skill 1): It deals damage to a single target and inflicts Poison on it for two rounds. The Poison effect deals Genesis damage at the round’s end, and it will be copied to a random applicable enemy.
  • In Mother’s Arms (Basic Skill 2): It debuffs all enemies, increasing the Genesis damage they receive and decreasing their Critical Resist Rate. The enemy's Crit Resist Rate will decrease additionally if the target has Poison status.
  • Please, Come On In (Ultimate Skill): It attacks all enemies, dealing Mental damage and inflicting Poison status on them. The Poison status deals Genesis damage at the round’s end. It might deal extra Genesis damage based on Tuesday’s attack and the number of stacks of Poison status on the enemies. The skill also deploys the Horror Story Night array effect.

Status effect explanation of Tuesday in Reverse 1999

  • Poison: It deals Genesis damage equal to 30% of Tuesday’s attack (can stack).
  • Horror Story Night array effect: The Poison effect on enemies does not reduce in duration when resolved. It resolves one round of the enemy’s Poison effect at the start of their round. When the array is replaced or ends, it immediately resolves Poison for all enemies.

Tuesday’s Inheritance or Passive skill is called At Your Service. At Insight I, she gains Fear’s Cradle and increases in Genesis damage dealt upon entering the battle. At Insight II, her attack increases while entering the fight. At Insight III, Tuesday in Reverse 1999 gains the Room Service effect and extra Moxie.

Status effect explanation of Tuesday:

  • Fear’s Cradle: The Poison effect of all allies can score a critical hit. If a teammate acts and applies one Stats Down, Neg Status, or Control to an enemy, it may also inflict the Poison effect. At the end of each round, the effect deals Genesis based on Tuesday’s attack on enemies.
  • Room Service: All extra Moxie is stored temporarily for all teammates. If the character still has Moxie-storing capacity at the round’s end, it gets replenished.
