People often associate Mahendra Singh Dhoni for his skills with the bat and his finesse behind the stumps. The 37-year-old wicket-keeper has guided India in winning multiple tournaments along with a World Cup in 2017.

However, not many are familiar with Dhoni's love for two-wheelers. The 2008 and 2009 ICC ODI Player of the Year has a long-standing passion for two-wheeled monsters and nimble machines and has an impressive collection of bikes that he has bought over the course of his career. Furthermore, Dhoni founded Mahi Racing Team India, which participated in the FIM Supersport World Championship using the Kawasaki machines. The team even managed to secure a couple of podiums during its stay in the competition.

#1 Kawasaki Ninja H2

Dhoni became one of the early adopters of the Kawasaki Ninja H2 in India. Kawasaki Ninja H2 belongs to the supercharged Supersport class and is one of the few motorcycles to feature a centrifugal-type supercharger.

The green machine from the Japanese manufacturer boasts 200 hp and can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.6 seconds. The Ninja H2 weights 240 kg and still reaches speeds up to 337 km/h.

#2 Ducati 1098

The 1098 was manufactured by Ducati during 2007 and 2009 and was designed by Giandrea Fabbro. The bike shares a lot of the unique characteristics of its predecessor 998 such as the single-sided swingarm.

The bike makes over 160 hp and can go from 0 to 60 mph in under 3.0 seconds. The 1098 weights 173 kg and boasts a top speed of 270 km/h.

Ducati 1098 was recognised as the 2008 Bike of the Year by Cycle World.
