The house is packed with a bowling alley, basketball court, and a racing simulator to keep everyone engaged in the house. Hamlin's house was also featured in NASCAR's documentary on Netflix, "NASCAR Full Speed," in 2024.
According to a report shared by Virtual Globetrotting, the Joe Gibbs Racing driver paid $1.375 million for the house in May 2014, and now this estate is worth $65 million. Hamlin lives with his fiance, Jordan Fish, and two daughters in the house.
