He married his now-wife Madyson on October 26, 2022, in Charleston, South Carolina after dating for almost a year. Several NASCAR drivers like Kyle Larson and Denny Hamlin graced the Stenhouses’ big day.

Meanwhile, Madyson Joye had sweet words for her husband, saying:
“A once in a lifetime kind of love 🤍 Two years down, forever to go.”
The couple share a son, whom they named Stetson Steele Stenhouse. Born on July 4, 2024, Stetson’s first NASCAR race was at the Coke Zero Sugar 400 at Daytona International Speedway in August. It was the same track that his father won two of his four Cup races on, including a Daytona 500 victory in 2023.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. followed his Daytona victory with another win at Talladega Superspeedway earlier this month, marking his fourth win in the Cup series. He is set to remain in the premier series after signing a multi-year extension deal with JTG Daugherty Racing, the team he’s been driving for since 2020.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr.’s wife shared a reminder of the simple joys in life
Madyson Joye Stenhouse shared a couple of Instagram posts on her story about the simple joys in life. She expressed gratitude over life’s simple pleasures, such as clean sheets on a bed and being able to afford eggs.
The first post read:
"Sometimes we forget how blessed we are. My hot water works, I have groceries to eat, I can still afford eggs, I have clean sheets on my bed, I have family and friends that love me, and I woke up today in my right mind. If that's not blessed I don't know what is," the story read.
She followed the post with another reminder to live life with a good attitude.
"Most of your stress comes from the way you respond to life, & not the way life really is. Adjust your attitude and leave that stress behind," another post read.
Madyson graduated from Ohio State University in 2016 with a degree in communication, which she furthered with a master’s degree two years later. She also worked in NASCAR, particularly as a manager of licensing and partnerships at Richard Childress Racing between 2018 and 2021.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Madyson manage a 300-acre property in North Carolina named Slide Job Ranch. The driver purchased the land in 2014 and added more animals after meeting his now-wife six years later.
