"Aero finally slept long enough": AJ Allmendinger's wife Tara showcases her delectable homemade 'muffins' after capitalizing on little one's sleep

AJ Allmendinger's wife, Tara, took to social media to share her freshly baked cinnamon pumpkin muffins. She revealed that she found time to bake after their son, Aero, had gone to sleep on his own.

Tara Allmendinger regularly shares her daily activity on Instagram and recently showcased her special cinnamon muffins on her story, calling them the "cinnamon pumpkin cornbread muffins." A smaller version of traditional cornbread with a hint of pumpkin, these muffins offer a satisfying and flavorful treat. Allmendinger wrote on her story:

"Aero finally slept long enough by himself for me to bake cinnamon pumpkin cornbread muffins."

Tara Allmendinger is an architectural designer consultant by profession. She's the creator of Anarchii Designs, a graphic designing firm specializing in logos, pageant ads, publications, and other designs. Furthermore, she also advocates mental health. From her website:

"Sharing my struggles and tools to overcome them with others has inspired me to show up in various ways. It has become a superpower for me to help others heal and bridge the gap between "want" and "do". I think of myself as a Wellness Warrior. Using my wellness journey, I inspire personal victories and self-fulfillment."

What is the P.U.R.P.L.E Ribbon Project that AJ Allmendinger and Tara Allmendinger initiated?

AJ Allmendinger and Tara Allmendinger became parents when their son Aero was born in September of 2023. However, it became quite an "adventure" for them as he was diagnosed with craniosynostosis, a congenital disability. This is also the reason he is usually seen wearing a helmet to support his skull, having undergone surgery.

Here's what Tara Allmendinger said earlier this year:

"Becoming parents has been our greatest adventure. Our son Aero was born with craniosynostosis, a congenital disability that affects 1 in 2,500 babies. He needed surgery to remove prematurely fused bone from his skull at three and a half months old; my husband and I were brand new parents, absolutely terrified."

She then initiated the P.U.R.P.L.E. Ribbon Project alongside her husband AJ Allmendinger to support other families who are going through similar problems in their lives.

"I created the P.U.R.P.L.E. Ribbon Project to ensure no family feels alone in their journey with Craniosynostosis," she added.

Aero's surgery, which took place in December last year, was a success. He is currently undergoing a phase of wearing a specially molded helmet to help reshape his skull following the procedure.
