Corey LaJoie's wife Kelly turns heads in all-black chic outfit during night out in NASCAR offseason
Kelly LaJoie recently made a fashion statement while out on a date with husband, Corey LaJoie. The couple have been married for almost five years and are parents to three kids.
Their eldest son Levi Ronnie LaJoie, was born in March 2020, while their second kid, Jenson Daniel LaJoie, was born in May 2022. They welcomed their third son earlier this year, in June.
In a recent Instagram story, Corey and Kelly LaJoie took a break from babysitting to enjoy some quality time together. Kelly, sporting an all-black ensemble, paired high-waisted flare trousers with a deep-neck top and an overlay shirt.
"Proof I got dressed," captioned Kelly.
Mrs. LaJoie also shared a mirror selfie with the #51 Ford RWR driver, writing:
"Mom and dad night out,"
The Rick Ware Racing driver has been part of NASCAR's premier division for nine years and has competed in more than 250 races, majorly for Spire Motorsports. The 33-year-old is the son of former Xfinity Series champion Randy LaJoie. The 33-year-old LaJoie started his racing career in karts, followed by the Bandolero series before transitioning to Legends Cars in 2005.
"Family life is a lot of fun" - Corey LaJoie opens up on his relationship with his dad and family life
In a 2022 conversation, Corey LaJoie discussed his relationship with his father, Randy LaJoie, and revealed how having a family connection with racing is not always a good thing. He said (via usanetwork):
"People just automatically assume when your dad raced that you get all the good stuff. Well, my dad swung the pendulum the other side and pretty much gave me the crappiest stuff that he could find and kind of built some grit and resilience because he knew that he wasn't going to be able to pay my way to the top."
Just like any other son of a NASCAR driver, LaJoie grew up at the racetracks, watching his father before taking up the steering wheel.
"Family life is a lot of fun, especially when I get to relive some memories of myself growing up following my dad to the race track. To have my sons come to the race track and follow me is — it should make some pretty cool memories," he added.
As things stand, the Charlotte, North Carolina native is without a confirmed ride for the 2025 NASCAR season. He parted ways with Spire Motorsports in July and was swapped with RWR driver Justin Haley in the #51 Ford.
As such, LaJoie delivered an emotional message on his Instagram before the season's last race at Phoenix.
